Property Details:
This 50-square-meter apartment is located on the 6th floor of a residential building without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, which can also be used as a workspace. A high-speed Wi-Fi connection (1 Gbps) is available, making it ideal for remote work and video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and dishwasher. A complete set of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils is provided.
The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for convenience.
The first bedroom faces the courtyard and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a street view and is also equipped with a double bed. Freshly laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for all guests.
The bathroom, accessible from the living room, has a shower and sink, while the toilet is in a separate water closet. A hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided to start your stay.
For guest safety, the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The space is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are available.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM (see below). Late check-in must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. The host reserves the right to decline late check-in if requirements are not met.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is not suitable for parties, events, or photoshoots, and the maximum number of guests must not exceed 6 people.
The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
A noise monitoring device is installed at the entrance of the property for security and to ensure a peaceful stay. This device is not located in any sleeping areas or bathrooms.
The Latin Quarter is ideally located near many of Paris's top attractions and is steeped in history. Home to the prestigious Sorbonne University, this neighborhood is perfect for literature and history lovers. Just steps from your door, you’ll find the Seine River, Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame, and Île de la Cité. Saint-Michel, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Jardin des Plantes are all within a short walk.
The area is filled with restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream shops, florists, artisan chocolatiers, and art galleries. Nearby, Rue Mouffetard offers a lively selection of cafes, restaurants, and markets. The Pantheon and the Jardin du Luxembourg are also close by—ideal for a morning jog, afternoon picnic, or sunset stroll.
With the nearby Censier-Daubenton Metro station (Line 7), exploring the rest of Paris is easy. A short ride takes you to Le Marais, Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur, the Eiffel Tower, and more!
House Rules & Policies
ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning & Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail & Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.
No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.
No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.
Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
