This cozy 20-sqm studio is located on the 4th floor of a secure building with elevator access. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware are provided for convenient meal preparation. While there is no clothes washer, a laundromat is located nearby. Ironing facilities, a vacuum, mop, and broom are also available for guest use.
The sleeping area faces an interior courtyard and is furnished with a double bed featuring a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest. - Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-ins are subject to availability and may be declined if requirements are not met.

- Damage deposit: €800, fully refundable if no damage or rule violations occur.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is unsuitable for parties, events, or photoshoots. The maximum occupancy is 2 guests, including children and infants.
- The main booker must be at least 35 years old. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
For added security and peace of mind, a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance. This device ensures a quiet and safe environment and is not placed in any sleeping area or bathroom.
The Latin Quarter is ideally located near many of Paris's top attractions and is steeped in history. Home to the prestigious Sorbonne University, this neighborhood is perfect for literature and history lovers. Just steps from your door, you’ll find the Seine River, Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame, and Île de la Cité. Saint-Michel, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Jardin des Plantes are all within a short walk.
The area is filled with restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream shops, florists, artisan chocolatiers, and art galleries. House Rules & Policies
ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning & Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: €120
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail & Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.
No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.
No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.
Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
