This 30-square-meter apartment features a versatile living, dining, and home office area furnished with a sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, dining table, and chairs. High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is available, making it suitable for remote work and video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. The apartment also includes a combination washer and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for your convenience.
The bedroom faces a quiet interior courtyard and is furnished with a double bed and a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, and towels are provided for all guests.
The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible from the living room. Complimentary toiletries, including toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, are available to start your stay.
The apartment is heated during the winter months, and portable fans are provided for warmer weather. Note that there is no air conditioning.

- A noise monitoring device is installed near the entrance for security and to ensure a peaceful stay. This device does not monitor sleeping areas or bathrooms.

For Sunday shopping and dining, Le Marais district is conveniently accessible. The nearby École Militaire metro station (Line 8 provides quick access to other parts of Paris. From here, you can easily reach St. Germain, the Latin Quarter, Le Marais, Montmartre, and Sacré-Cœur. Additionally, the RER C line connects you quickly to Saint-Michel and Gare du Nord.
House Rules & Policies
ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning & Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: €120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
Mail & Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.
Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.
No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.
No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.
Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
